BioMat Warranty

Your purchase comes with a 3-year Limited Warranty, after which you have 3 extended arms of protection to prolong and replace the life of your BioMat. With this protection, you should never have to pay full price for another BioMat ever! 

 

The additional warranty coverages are:

  1. CARE Program - A complete and new BioMat replacement program when you wish to replace your same model product.  No return shipping involved.  
  2. Trade-In Program - A trade-in of your current Richway product for another Richway product.  Richway will apply 30% of your original purchase price towards purchasing another product you would like in the Richway product line.
  3. Controller Replacement Program - To replace your BioMat Controller, send your current controller to:

Write your name & shipping address on the outside of the box 

Write on a piece of paper inside the box: 

*Recipient name 

*Recipient shipping address 

*Contact information in case there is a fee 

*The issue with the controller, in detail 

For the 3000MX model, the pricing is 50% of the current controller price 

For the 7000MX model, after Richway receives it, they will replace it with a recalibrated controller free of charge.
