How to Enter
No purchase necessary beyond a prior qualifying purchase. To enter, customers must submit a product review using the review link provided via email after their purchase. Once the review is successfully submitted and published, it will automatically count as one (1) entry into the giveaway. Limit one entry per person.

Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted beginning on June 15 at 8:00 AM PST and ending at 11:59 PM PST on June 25.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a BioMat Pro and a BioMat Mini. Prize will be awarded based on availability and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random on or about June 26 from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
