How do I qualify for the $100 discount?

Can I use funds from my Health Savings or Flex Spending account?

Absolutely! If you have an HSA or FSA debit card, you may try using it at checkout. If it doesn’t go through on the first attempt, just call us at 888-524-6628, and we can authorize it on our end.

Is the BioMat safe?

Yes, the BioMat® is very safe for most people, with very few contraindications. Assuming you are mostly healthy, with no medical conditions that would specifically exclude Infrared heat therapy. We do recommend that you check with a health practitioner before using the BioMat® if you are uncertain. You may read more about our Safety Precautions here.

What heat setting should I use and for how long?

As we are not health professionals, we may provide guidelines for usage only. In general, most healthy people may use the highest heat setting for no more than 1 hour a day. Take care to hydrate well, and listen to your own body. On the middle heat settings, 2-4 hours would be the maximum. On the lowest heat settings, BioMat® products can be used overnight or up to 8 hours a day. The BioMat® is a powerful medical device and the guidelines listed apply to healthy people with no medical conditions. When in doubt, please check with your physician before using a BioMat®. A helpful question to ask ,even if your physician is not familiar with the BioMat® is ‘Can I use Infrared heat therapy?”

What are the benefits of the Amethyst Pillow?

The benefits of the Amethyst Pillow are to complete the circuit of delivering Infrared Rays and Negative Ions to the brain in addition to the body while you are on your BioMat®. In keeping with Ayurvedic practices, the Amethyst Pillow is non-electrical and non-heated so that the head is kept cool during high-heat BioMat® sessions.

We ship worldwide, excluding Japan and the Czech Republic. Please note that any applicable import taxes and duties will be payable upon delivery. These are not fees that we assess at the time of checkout.

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

After your order has been processed, for US domestic standard delivery time is 7-14 business days. US expedited delivery time is guaranteed by the 5th business day. International deliveries take 7-14 business days, However, time to clear customs depends on the recipient paying any duties, VAT or import taxes due upon delivery. Any delays in paying additional taxes or fees will delay delivery.

Will my payment be safe?
